  Dinner and dessert was wonderful. Was a wait to be seated but very pleased with our waiter. By recommendation we requested a table to be served by Kendell. I'd make that same suggestion!! He's said to be the best and I'd almost guarantee that to be true! Went with a lighter dish but it was full of flavor then went for dessert. Free pizookie with app download!

  Worst dining experience in Charlottesville. My wife ordered the brisket burger well-done and it arrived to the table about medium rare. The chef came out to say they would completely remake the burger. My wife's second burger comes back and it is not the one she ordered and is still under cooked. They comped our meal which bumped the review up into the upper echelon of one stars. We saw the managers and cooks come to at least 5 other tables in the hour we were there. On the bright side their beer isn't bad.

  At 3 o'clock in the afternoon there were very few guests in the establishment. However service was exceptionally slow also receiving drinks from the bar was painstakingly long. My Darling Companion ordered the ribs that one special that day and I ordered the calamari. 15 minutes later after his ribs were delivered I still have no calamari and had to ask to speak to a manager. I found the entire experience to be lackluster at best and have no desire to ever return.
