  Wow! Just wow! My girlfriend and I were originally planning to go to a different restaurant yesterday evening but when we arrived at the other place they had a 1.5 hour wait so we decided to look elsewhere. We stumbled across Bizou and thought we'd give it a try since they had two seats open at the bar and no wait. We were both thrilled that we did!!
  
  I love cooking myself so I was excited when I saw that the entire kitchen was behind the bar. Some places say they have an open kitchen when it's really just the front part, but the fact that the entire kitchen was 100% open was really awesome in my opinion.
  
  We started off by sharing butternut squash soup, and then I had flounder with risotto and my girlfriend had sirloin strip steak with bacon wrapped asparagus. For dessert we shared the lemon crepes. Everything was delicious and the service was superb. Their bread was also fantastic and I am VERY picky when it comes to bread! Something that I liked too was that they offered a choice of butter or olive oil for the bread which is nice since most restaurants don't give you an option.
  
  The wine selection was also good. Total bill was $95 which was definitely a little on the pricey side, but I'll happily pay for quality food and service. I can't wait to go back!
